Position Title: Administrator
Position Type: Part-time
Reports To: Executive Director, LAMB US
Location: Charleston, SC

On a small team, every member is integral. This person will be a key member of the LAMB stateside office helping with administration and accounting. We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to use their skills in finance and administration to bring glory to God by supporting the work being done in Honduras and by interacting with donors and team leaders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Written and verbal communication with donors
  • Preparation of daily check deposits and entry into Raiser’s Edge and QuickBooks
  • Preparation of credit card reports and entry into Raiser’s Edge and QuickBooks
  • Reconciliation of financial and donor database systems
  • Financial analysis of monthly activities and preparation of monthly closing reports
  • Act as a liaison for mission team preparation
  • Data entry for mission team participants
  • Purchase/maintain office supplies as needed
  • Provide general support to the Executive Director as needed
  • Communicate with our stockbroker about stock gifts and prepare and mail in-kind gift receipts
  • Pray for our donors and for the ministry

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial administration or office administration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks desktop
  • Knowledge of sub-system databases, credit card processing systems and specifically, Raiser’s Edge donor database or similar database
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
