What kind of identity does a child have who is born to a teenager sexually assaulted by her father?
She is fearfully and wonderfully made.
What kind of a future does a child have whose mother disciplines him by hitting him with rocks?
He is loved with an everlasting love.
What kind of peace does a child know whose drug addict mother drops her off at a shack and forgets about her?
Never will I leave her, never will I forsake her.
“If anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation. The old life is gone; a new life has begun.”
2 Corinthians 5:17
At LAMB’s Children’s Home, God is creating new life, life to the full. He is turning lost into found. Rejected into treasured. Unloved into beloved.
Home to over 60 children ranging from newborn to 17 years old, LAMB’s Children’s Home is sowing love into the hearts of God’s most precious children as they grow up with us in the family of Christ. Most of our LAMBs come from great suffering – abandonment, neglect, abuse – the product of a nation in extreme poverty. It is our mission at LAMB to follow Jesus in serving them, teaching them, and loving them. As they eat, sleep, learn, sing, play and come to understand how precious they are to their Heavenly Father, they find new life – life to the full!
