12 years of non-profit development and fundraising experience that include a background in both education and conservation. Sue Cuthbert, Director of Development
Sue joined LAMB in June 2021, answering the call as the organization’s first Director of Development. While new to LAMB as an employee, she is not new to the ministry. Her unique work experiences both in administration, as VP of Strategic Services for Roper St. Francis Healthcare, and in ministry, as Executive Director of Holy Cross Island School, combine perfectly with her passion for missions and energy for service in the Kingdom. Sue is responsible for raising the required resources to fulfill the Lord’s purposes and plans for LAMB by offering excellence in donor relations, discipleship opportunities, and communication management. She and her husband, DuBose, are both Charleston natives that met at the University of South Carolina, married in 1998 and are raising three children: James, Annie and Tommy.
